UPDATED RESIDENT'S MANUAL

An updated version of the Resident's Manual (now interactive!), which includes the bylaws, rules and regulations, has been reviewed and is now available for everyone who lives or owns property at the Wall Street Arms. The WSA Board suggests that all owners and residents take some time to read it at their earliest convenience.

A new memo has been shared with all residents to help familiarize everyone with Wall Street Arms' parking guidelines, promoting safety and a harmonious living environment for all neighbors.

WATER SHUTOFF NOTICE

Please be advised that the water will be shut off in approximately 45 minutes and is expected to remain off for about 30 minutes.

Kindly plan accordingly.

ACTIVE LEAK

Please be advised that there is currently a large active leak in the upper garage. Please use caution when entering or exiting the area.

A plumber has been dispatched and is on the way to address the issue.
